Refund policy
At Inessa, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase. We are committed to providing a positive shopping experience and offer a 15-day return policy. Below are the details of our policy:
Return Period
Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date your order was received to return your item(s).
Eligibility for Returns
Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, in a complete set, and with all original tags and packaging. Earrings must be returned as a pair.
Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order or personalized jewelry, items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, or jewelry that has been worn, has not been properly cared for or has been altered or repaired by another jeweler.
How to Return
Online Purchase:

Request a Return: Email us at info@inessajewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your case and, if eligible for a return, we will provide you with a return label. Please note that we will deduct a $15 restocking fee from your refund.

Package Your Item: Ensure the jewelry is securely packed in its original box with the original pouch, tags, and all accompanying documentation. Attach the return label to the package.

Ship Your Package: Bring the package to a UPS location

Processing Time: Once received, returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Return a Gift
Gifts can be returned with the gift receipt order number, and you will receive a merchandise store credit.
Refunds
Original Form of Payment: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made using a gift card, the refund will be credited to the same gift card.
Processing Time: Refunds to credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Klarna accounts generally appear within 5-7 business days. For purchases made with gift cards, refunds will be processed back to the original gift card within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable.
Special Conditions
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as applicable.
