What are your shipping rates?
  • Orders under $1,000: Complimentary ground shipping (5-7 days)
  • Orders over $1,000: Complimentary 2-day shipping
  • All orders ship via UPS with tracking number provided
When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Made-to-order items take 5-6 weeks to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the US.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return eligible items. A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

What are the return requirements?

Items must be:

  • Returned in original condition, unworn and unaltered
  • In a complete set with all original tags and packaging
  • Earrings must be returned as a pair
What items cannot be returned?
  • Made-to-order or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked as final sale

How do I return a gift?

Gifts can be returned with the gift receipt order number, and you will receive a merchandise store credit.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days once received. Refunds appear within:

  • Credit cards/PayPal/Apple Pay/Klarna: 5-7 business days
  • Gift cards: 2-3 business days
  • Original shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable
