Our creations are crafted in solid 14k gold and sterling silver, with select designs finished in white or black rhodium. Each product page specifies the exact materials used in that creation.

INESSA uses ethically sourced diamonds. Where a design features a lab-grown diamond, this will be clearly stated in the product details.

Our jewelry is designed with everyday wear in mind. As with all fine jewelry, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming, exercising, showering or activities that may expose them to impact, chemicals or excessive moisture.

Treat your INESSA pieces with care. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray, household chemicals and chlorine. After wearing, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth before storing.

Gemstones have different levels of hardness and sensitivity. Protect them from knocks, sudden temperature changes and harsh chemicals. We recommend avoiding ultrasonic or chemical cleaning.

Yes. Tarnishing is a natural characteristic of sterling silver and may occur over time with exposure to air, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics or chemicals. To restore its shine, gently polish your piece with the enclosed jewelry care cloth.

Rhodium finishes should be treated gently. Avoid abrasive polishing cloths, harsh cleaners and excessive rubbing, as these may gradually affect the finish.

Fine jewelry naturally acquires subtle signs of wear. Gold, silver and even gemstones may show surface marks through everyday use or contact with other jewelry. We consider this part of the life of a well-loved piece.
