Is INESSA jewelry made with real gemstones?

Yes. INESSA celebrates the individuality of natural gemstones. Variations in color, tone and natural inclusions are part of each stone’s character, making every piece subtly one of a kind.

What materials are used in INESSA jewelry?

Our creations are crafted in solid 14k gold and sterling silver, with select designs finished in white or black rhodium. Each product page specifies the exact materials used in that creation.

Are INESSA diamonds ethically sourced?

INESSA uses ethically sourced diamonds. Where a design features a lab-grown diamond, this will be clearly stated in the product details.

Can I wear my INESSA jewelry every day?

Our jewelry is designed with everyday wear in mind. As with all fine jewelry, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming, exercising, showering or activities that may expose them to impact, chemicals or excessive moisture.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Treat your INESSA pieces with care. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray, household chemicals and chlorine. After wearing, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth before storing.

How should I care for gemstone jewelry?

Gemstones have different levels of hardness and sensitivity. Protect them from knocks, sudden temperature changes and harsh chemicals. We recommend avoiding ultrasonic or chemical cleaning.

Does sterling silver tarnish?

Yes. Tarnishing is a natural characteristic of sterling silver and may occur over time with exposure to air, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics or chemicals. To restore its shine, gently polish your piece with the enclosed jewelry care cloth.

How should I care for rhodium-finished jewelry?

Rhodium finishes should be treated gently. Avoid abrasive polishing cloths, harsh cleaners and excessive rubbing, as these may gradually affect the finish.

Will my jewelry develop scratches over time?

Fine jewelry naturally acquires subtle signs of wear. Gold, silver and even gemstones may show surface marks through everyday use or contact with other jewelry. We consider this part of the life of a well-loved piece.

Why might my gemstone look slightly different from the photograph?

No two natural gemstones are exactly alike. Subtle differences in color, inclusions and appearance are inherent to natural stones and are part of what makes each INESSA creation unique.

How do I find my size?

Please refer to our Size Guide for ring, bracelet and necklace measurements. Individual product pages also note available sizes and adjustable lengths where applicable.

What if my INESSA piece needs special care or repair?

Please contact our Client Care team with details and photographs of your piece. We will advise you on the most appropriate next step.

If your ring isn’t the right fit, we offer exchanges for the exact same ring in a different size, subject to availability.

Please email info@inessajewelry.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange your size exchange. Rings must meet the return requirements above.

For a different design or any other item, please return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
